Because Flomingoo provides professional IT consultancy and customized services, returns in the traditional sense do not apply once services have commenced.

2. Cancellations

  • Consultation Bookings: May be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Project Engagements: May be canceled before work begins, subject to refund terms stated in your contract.

3. Refunds

Refunds may be issued:

  • If Flomingoo is unable to provide the agreed services.
  • In cases where no work has started.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Work that has commenced.
  • Time allocated or effort expended prior to cancellation.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
